Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with your real team and no credit card. The desktop tracker is included in the trial and you can decide about screenshots before you commit to anything.
Do you charge per user?
Yes. Cloud plans are priced per active user per month, plus 18% GST, and admins are free. Employees who have left are archived and stop counting, so the bill follows your actual headcount rather than your history.
How do we start and pay?
Sign up yourself: create your organization and admin account and the 7-day trial starts immediately, with no card. When you are ready, choose a plan from the Billing page and pay online through Razorpay in Indian rupees.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at 18% on the invoice.
Do you price in currencies other than rupees?
Cloud plans are billed online in rupees through Razorpay. If you are billed outside India, contact us with your headcount and billing country.
What happens if we add people mid-month?
Seats follow your active users. People you add or archive change the seat count from the next billing cycle.
