One-time setup and handover: ₹25,000. Perpetual licence at 2.5× the annual price including a year of updates, then 18% annual maintenance. Everything a self-hosted buyer usually asks first — server sizing, Docker install, air-gap support and the backup procedure — is on the self-hosted page.
Cloud or self-hosted: where the crossover is
The honest answer to "which is cheaper" depends on headcount, and here is the arithmetic rather than a sales opinion.

Add the one-time ₹25,000 setup fee to the first year of any self-hosted licence, and remember that a server and the person who patches it are a real cost the licence price does not include. Below roughly 50 employees with no compliance requirement, cloud is usually the better deal even where the licence looks cheaper on paper.

Cloud onboarding and the data import are included. Only the self-hosted install carries a setup fee, because it is work on your infrastructure.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with your real team and no credit card. The trial is the full Growth plan, so the desktop tracker is included and you can decide about screenshots before you commit to anything.
What is the minimum number of users?
10 users on any cloud plan. Below that, honestly, a spreadsheet is cheaper and we would rather tell you now than after an invoice.
Do you charge for admins or for inactive employees?
Admins and HR users are counted as users. Employees who have left are archived rather than billed, so your seat count follows your actual headcount rather than your history.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, 20% off the monthly rate when you pay for a year up front. Self-hosted licences are annual by default.
When does self-hosted become cheaper than cloud?
Somewhere around 60 employees on the Growth plan, and earlier on Pro. The comparison table on this page shows the crossover at several headcounts, including the one-time setup fee.
What is included in the self-hosted setup fee?
₹25,000 covers the installation on your host, configuration, TLS and SMTP setup, a data import if you have one, an administrator walkthrough and the backup runbook handover. It is charged once, not annually.
Can we buy a perpetual self-hosted licence?
Yes, at 2.5 times the annual band price. That includes one year of updates and support, after which annual maintenance is 18% of the licence value if you want to keep receiving updates. The software keeps running either way.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.
Do you price in currencies other than rupees?
Yes, for customers billed outside India. Contact us with your headcount and billing country and we will quote in USD.
What happens if we add people mid-month?
Seats are prorated for the remainder of the billing period, and removing someone frees the seat at the next cycle. There is no charge for reactivating an archived employee.
