Employee records
Personal and employment details, documents, reporting manager, department, designation, joining date and status. One record, referenced by every other module.
One record per employee, and every operational fact hanging off it — attendance, leave, holidays, projects, tasks, daily work reports and tracked hours. Run it on our cloud or install it on your own server.
Each module below is a page of its own, because each one is a decision you make separately. Together they are the operational half of HR — everything except running payroll itself.

Shifts, grace windows, late policy, automatic lunch deduction and month-end export.

We would rather say this here than in month two of a rollout.
Four steps, and the third one is the only part that involves your team.

Employee management software keeps the operational record of every employee in one place: who they are, when they worked, what leave they have taken and what they worked on. Employee Desk covers employee records, attendance, leave, holidays, projects, tasks, daily work reports and optional time tracking, so those records do not have to be reconciled across separate tools.
A full HRMS adds recruitment, payroll processing, performance appraisal cycles and compliance filing. Employee Desk deliberately stops before payroll processing and exports clean CSV instead, which means a much shorter rollout for a company of ten to two hundred and fifty people. If you already run payroll somewhere you like, this fits alongside it.
On the cloud, importing a team and setting shifts, leave types and the holiday calendar takes an afternoon. Self-hosted adds the server install, which is a Docker Compose stack on one host and typically under an hour once the VM exists.
Yes, within limits you control. Employees maintain contact details, emergency contacts and documents; anything that affects pay or policy stays with the admin role and is written to the audit log.
Yes. Attendance is not tied to a physical device, so remote and hybrid employees mark attendance from the web portal or the desktop app, and location-based rules stay optional rather than assumed.
Start on the cloud in ten minutes, or tell us your headcount and where the server has to live and we will price the self-hosted licence on the call.
