What is the difference between private cloud and self-hosted?
Private cloud is a single-tenant instance that we provision, operate, patch and back up in the region you choose. Self-hosted is the same application running on infrastructure you own and operate. Private cloud gives you data separation without adding server operations to your team.
Which regions are available?
India by default, and other regions on request where a suitable provider region exists. Tell us the region requirement at the point of quoting, because it affects the price.
Is the data shared with other customers?
No. A private cloud instance has its own application containers, its own database and its own storage. There is no shared database and no shared table with a tenant column.
Can we get a dedicated domain?
Yes. The instance runs on your own subdomain with your certificate, and can carry your branding if you also take the white-label option.
